Welcome to Josef’s Vienna Bakery, Café & Restaurant - Reno’s original European-style bakery, proudly family owned and operated since 1980. Located in the heart of Reno, we’ve been serving the community with authentic Austrian recipes and handcrafted baked goods for over four decades. Founded by Josef Pasa, our story began with a dream to bring the rich culinary traditions of Vienna, Austria to Northern Nevada. Josef, who was born and raised in Vienna, created an original menu that remains at the heart of our offerings to this day. Though we sadly lost Josef in 2000, his passion lives on through the team he personally trained - many of whom still carry on his legacy with the same dedication and love for quality.
